2019 07 / How to Create Excellent Customer Experience with Whatsapp Integration and Omni-Channel

We understand that many retailers currently rely on omni-channel marketing to engage customers. So today, in our seminar at the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, we introduced a new solution for Whatsapp integration on top of our CRM Solution for retailers. Having aroused the interests of many attendees, Laputa will continue to explore more tailor-made solutions for different industries, and to organize more seminars that address immediately relevant and exciting market activities.
