The bot reads the Excel data in the input folder. The bot then logs into ServiceNow with the credentials you’ve provided, and recreates the incident per each row. The bot checks if the incident is created successfully. The result will be logged to the Excel and copied to the output folder.

How to set up the bot
1. Install
Download the Bot and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room.
2. Configure
Open the Bot to configure your username and any other settings the Bot will need (see the Installation Guide or ReadMe for details).
3. Run
That’s it! Now the Bot is ready to go.
