Salesforce Lightning does not, by default, have a function for exporting a list view. This newly developed RPA bot can help users convert data from the list view onto Excel. After the installation, the user just has to go to any page with a list view in Salesforce Lightning and start the bot. The bot will then automatically extract the data from the list view and convert it to Excel from the active Salesforce Lightning webpage.

How to Set Up the Bot
1. Install
Download the Bot and follow the instructions to install it in your AAE Control Room. Make sure, before you install the bot, that you have Google Chrome and MS Excel installed.
2. Configure
Open the Bot to configure your username and any other settings the Bot will need (see the Installation Guide or ReadMe for details).
3. Run
That’s it! Now the Bot is ready to go.
