Fortune Includes Salesforce to its Future 50 List for the Third Year in a Row

Updated: Sep 14, 2020

Salesforce is proud to be recognized on Fortune’s Future 50 list for the third year in a row. The list honors 50 innovative companies that have the best long-term growth outlooks, according to Fortune’s editors. The editors worked in conjunction with Boston Consulting Group, which assesses the “vitality” of public companies, as well as strategy, technology, investments, people, and structure, to arrive at the rankings.

Fortune ranked Salesfore at #9, up from #10 last year. “It isn’t an overstatement to say Salesforce invented the future of the software industry,” the story reports. “By offering cloud-based customer-tracking software as a subscription, Salesforce broke the mould of businesses buying and managing their own versions of critical applications. Salesforce adds capabilities rapidly, most recently including A.I. tools, and it is able to nimbly persuade customers to add to their menu of applications.”

Salesforce is also very honored to have been recognized by Fortune on its 100 Best Companies to Work For list, its World’s Most Admired Companies list, and its Change the World list (which evaluates corporate giving).
