We thank everyone who joined our very first seminar for NGOs, focused on the theme, “How to Build an Effective Management CRM System.” The seminar took place at the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce seminar room. We hope our attendees were happily impressed by the unique features from Salesforce’s Non-profit Success pack, which is tailor made for both local and global NGOs. During the seminar, our technical consultant shared our experience in helping two global NGOs in donation management and volunteer engagement.
