We would like to extend our gratitude to everyone who attended our introductory seminar that took place at DCH’s Living Hall this afternoon. The seminar introduced several examples of how Salesforce can assist in service management, and how the solution can integrate Whatsapp and other mobile functions to enhance service standards and create an excellent customer service. Finally, we shared details of government funding programs like the Technology Voucher Program (TBP) and the Distance Business Program (D-Biz).
